Witch Weigh is a romantic comedy novella by the lovely and talented Caroline Mickelson (author of From Mangia to Murder) . When I was approached about reading this book, I was instantly excited. Caroline MIckelson has a unique and engaging writing style that I adore. Her books are impossible for me to put down.
Mickelson's storytelling is superb-paced and plotted perfectly to present an utterly delightful read. The story is told from the perspectives of both Tessa, our main character and her fairy godfather, the delectable Liam. The story flowed seamlessly between them and before I knew it, the story was over and I had a huge sappy grin on my face.
Often it's the characters in the stories I read that really pull me in and this was no exception. Tessa was spunky and witty and she definitely grew on me. But Liam had me from his first appearance. I adore him. He's sweet, funny, easy on the eyes and a genuinely nice guy. *Sigh* I really hope we get more books about he and Tessa because this novella just isn't enough to satisfy me. If you like to laugh and read about romance, then I highly recommend you read this book. I guarantee you'll enjoy it.
