Mel's Review -
Dead Girl Walking is the first book in The Royal Reaper Series by Ruth Silver.  I have to say I was intrigued from the moment I read the synopsis; it definitely sounded like my kind of book. I was not disappointed.

Ruth Silver has a way of drawing you into the world she's created for Leila and her new friends that makes you feel like you're really there experiencing everything with her. There isn't much I can say without spoiling things, honestly. There were quite a few surprises thrown in; you never knew what would happen next. My advice is buy this book and find out for yourself why I am now eagerly awaiting the next installment in this series!

My Rating:

Ruth Silver is the best-selling author of ABERRANT, a young adult dystopian adventure series published by Patchwork Press and Lazy Day Publishing, in 2013. Author, YA Blogger, and Book Manager with Booktrope Publishing, Ruth keeps busy with writing, updating her book blogs Write Away Bliss and YA Book Deals, and promoting authors.

With a passion for reading, photography, and traveling Ruth has plenty of stories and experiences to share. She loves dystopian, paranormal, and fantasy young adult novels most of all. Ruth has been actively writing since she was a teenager. She currently resides in Plainfield, Illinois.
