Treasured Thursday is a weekly event created by Touya over at The Reader's Garden that is all about our most treasured. I'm hosting it here now, for those of you who are interested in joining me. This month, as you all know by now, we are ALL about the Twilight Saga! So this week our topic is our most treasured Cullen, aside from Edward, of course. :)
For me, this is a no-brainer, I like this character even more than I like Edward (and between you, me and the lamp post, that's saying something!). She is, without a doubt, the most interesting Cullen, in my opinion. Sweet, funny and helpful in her own special way, I am of course talking about:
And this might be my favorite quote from her:
"It’s been almost a century that Edward’s been alone. Now he’s found you. You can’t see the changes that we see, we who have been with him for so long. Do you think any of us want to look into his eyes for the next hundred years if he loses you?"

Rosalie! Because she’s a bitch!! I did NOT like Rose at the start; she was absolutely hateful and for no apparent reason. As the series progressed you learn why… “This is not a life I would have chosen for myself, and I wish there’d been someone to vote no for me. So, no.” That one line spoke volumes and FINALLY let the reader see who Rose truly was and why she was such a bitch.
Most treasured Cullen? Hmmm..
My most treasured Cullen would have to be:
Carlisle, of course. He is so kind, caring and compassionate. It doesn't matter who you are or where you're from, Carlisle will do whatever is in his power to help you. Also, he treats people like they're his family, which I think is important.
"Bella is already a daughter to me. A beloved daughter."
Well. My first thought would've immediately been Rosalie, but somebody (*throws marshmallow* :P) got here first. Ah, well. I'm adaptable. So! Let's go with my most treasured guy.
Emmett. Obviously. And no, it's not fully because he's Rosalie's boy. ;) First, allow me to be shallow, he is gloriously shmexy, in my head and on the screen. But just in general, he is the humor of the entire series. He is the classic "Big Brother" figure, always poking fun at Bella, but he's almost always at Rose's side, too. He's the sweetest. I wanna steal him...but I think Rosalie would mutilate me, so I'll just...stalk...like I do. Hehe
